On July 21, Russian President Vladimir Putin officially signed the Federal Act on the ratification of the Protocol on Russia's accession to the WTO. First, tariff reduction is the key condition for Russia's accession to the WTO. After joining the WTO, the average tariff level of Russia will gradually reduce from the current 9.5%, which will undoubtedly be a major benefit for fur and clothing products with import tariffs up to 30%.

Second, China's fur clothing products exported to Russia will enter the Russian market through normal channels in a legal position, and the policy and market risks will be greatly reduced.
