Cultivate three-level talents

According to the plan, Jinjiang will carry out talent training plans at three levels, namely graduate, undergraduate and junior college. Undergraduate level talents will be trained by setting up "Jinjiang Class" for textile and clothing, and support Donghua University, Wuhan Textile University, Beijing Institute of Clothing Technology, Fujian Normal University, Quanzhou Normal University, Xiamen Institute of Technology and other universities in the province to set up "Jinjiang Class", To train and transport various applied talents for Jinjiang textile and garment enterprises.

Talents at the junior college level will be trained through the establishment of "enterprise naming classes" and textile and clothing majors in Jinjiang Vocational and Secondary Vocational Schools. It mainly cultivates production management talents, testing and operation management talents and front-line technical workers for textile, dyeing and finishing.
