The trading countries and regions include 64 countries: Britain, Switzerland, Holland, the United Arab Emirates, the United States, Brazil and Chile.

Among them, the value of goods exported to Europe is 44 million 642 thousand US dollars, accounting for 41.14% of the total value.

The top 10 export countries are Britain, Switzerland, Holland, the United Arab Emirates, the United States, Brazil, Chile, Spain, France and Germany, accounting for 68.29% of the total value of exports.

In the first half of the year, the most unqualified export garments in Wenzhou were shirts, trousers and skirts, which were 6 batches, 4 batches and 4 batches respectively, accounting for 31.58%, 21.05% and 21.05% respectively.

The unqualified items are not identified (fiber composition is inconsistent with the test, component marking is wrong or missing), quality defects (unqualified children accessories and small accessories) and poor appearance (exceeding the limit deviation of the strip, the specification is not consistent, and the ironing is bad).

Three, the internal management is not standardized.

In dealing with unqualified garments, the Wenzhou inspection and Quarantine Bureau has the following main ways: reworking, sorting out, leaving the country, not going abroad, and customer confirmation.

Among them, 10 batches of qualified outbound products were reprocessed, accounting for 52.63%; 6 batches were not allowed to go out, accounting for 31.58%; customers recognized 3 batches, accounting for 15.79%.

In terms of safety, health, environmental protection and anti fraud project inspection, the Wenzhou inspection and Quarantine Bureau sent out 1197 samples in the first half of the year, 10 failed, 0.84% failed, and the number of samples tested increased by 37.59% compared to the same period last year, and the unqualified rate increased by 3.73%.

There were 418 samples of fiber components, 3 unqualified, 0.72% unqualified, 410 forbidden azo, 7 unqualified, 1.71% unqualified, 113 formaldehyde, 8 pentachlorophenol, 35 color fastness and 24 pH value, all of which were all qualified samples.

Compared with the same period last year, unqualified samples were detected in fiber composition. The number of disqualified samples was even the same as that of last year, but the failure rate increased by 1.18%.

With its own reasons, this year, influenced by the global financial crisis, trade protectionism is gradually rising.
